We're currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our organization, specifically focusing on the Walloon and Brussels region. You will operate as a true Trusted Advisor for your customers in the Walloon and Brussels region. Together with the Account Manager, you will listen to the clients’ needs, analyze them and co-build a customized and innovative solution. Your strength lies within your technology independent approach. Thanks to our leading technology stacks you will be able to offer the most specialized solutions.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

 

  • You will translate our Corporate Strategy towards the Walloon & Brussels’ market approach and create a business plan for the coming years in order to grow this important market further in collaboration with your direct report and the Sector Sales Manager.
  • You provide our organization the required insights on the specific market/regional evolutions, ICT related customer requirements as well as forward looking insights on the future business to expect in this market.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and providing excellent customer service. You develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and challenges.
  • To attain your objectives, you'll collaborate closely with your colleagues across various sectors to enhance cross-fertilization among the sales teams.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the account manager for the Walloon – Brussels region to achieve optimal performance.
  • You will follow up on your customers’ business, the trends that play a role, the official and unofficial networks, the competitive landscape and the solutions that we have already implemented within these markets.

Profile description

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You already have experience as an Account Manager in the Brussels and Walloon regions, you are familiar with the working methods and able to rely on a personal network.
  • You are customer focused and aim for sustainable relationships.
  • You are passionate about IT and keep yourself updated on latest trends.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development.
  • You are pro-active, determined, dynamic and results driven.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to maintain relations at C-level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required.
