Mission description

As HR Project and Implementation Manager at Inetum Belgium, your role is crucial in driving cross-functional HR projects. You hold responsibility for both project management and ensuring the effective implementation of these initiatives within the organization. Your portfolio encompasses a diverse array of projects, ranging from employee engagement and diversity & inclusion to overseeing projects contributing to our digital roadmap. In essence, you are at the forefront of driving positive change and organizational excellence across various HR domains.

RESPONSABILITIES: 

  • Propose innovative ideas and demonstrate a proactive approach to improve existing procedures.

  • Collect and maintain the portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives within the HR organization.

  • Initiate new HR projects, this includes design, planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives and projects in HR.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized HR solutions that support business objectives.

  • Manage change initiatives and communication plans to promote acceptance and adoption of new HR programs and initiatives.

  • Enhance communication effectiveness throughout initiatives to ensure visibility of improvements.

  • Monitor performance of the projects and provide reporting and analysis to management to provide insights into trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

  • Assist the HR Management Team in coordinating initiatives tin specific domains to optimize overall results.

Profile description

PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree with at least 5 years of experience in HR and project management, preferably within an international environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

  • Proven track record in successfully leading various HR projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and find effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and inspire effectively.

  • Certification in project management is a plus.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
